CUSTOMER CONTACT PROCEDURE
a. Questions
Every effort should be made to deal with questions from customers immediately upon receipt at the first point of contact. If you are not satisfied with the response you have been given by a member of our staff, you may request and you will receive access to someone else who may assist you. If your query cannot be resolved right away, your contact information may be requested so that someone may contact you once the situation is resolved. Queries received via email should receive a response immediately from our personalized auto-reply service. However, an actual response should be given within 24 hours.



b. Complaints

We guarantee the freshness of our produce. If you receive a product that you feel is not satisfactory, we’re happy to replace it at no cost to you.  If you note an error in your  order, please contact us immediately at 937-529-8864 or support@naturallyendigo.com

Privacy & Safety

We value your privacy as highly as our own. We never have, and never will, sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to anyone.  If you pay by credit card, your information bypasses our website and goes directly through the payment gateway.  That means we can’t see the number, nor could anyone else if we were hacked.  If you are still concerned about online security, we are happy to take your order by phone at 937-529-8864

Wholesale Inquiries

Our prodice is available for sale to restaurants, caterers, and select resellers. We are excited to offer weekly deliveries from June through November to our 2023 Wholesale Customers
